Haulfre Gardens Holiday Cottage is an idyllic 2 bedroom holiday cottage located within the beautiful Haulfre Gardens on the south facing slopes of the Great Orme in the heart of Llandudno, enjoying a truly stunning uninterrupted panoramic view across the Bay of Llandudno, West Shore beach and beyond to Conwy Mountain.
The Cottage provides quality self catering accommodation in a peaceful and relaxing environment, away from traffic and the humdrum of everyday life. Fresh sea air is all around you, sunshine and a wonderful warm welcome and one of mum’s speciality cakes awaits all of our guests on arrival. Background and Overview
Haulfre Cottage was originally constructed in 1865 however was completely refurbished and extended in 1995. We purchased the Cottage in 2006 and began letting the Cottage to guests in May 2007.
The Cottage can sleep up to 4 people and is available all year round, 365 days of the year, and can also be booked for short breaks during quieter periods.
With private car parking at the Cottage, two car parking spaces are always guaranteed at the Cottage for our guests.
The Cottage is located only a short walk from the town centre and all the attractions Llandudno has to offer, whilst being situated in Haulfre Gardens, our guests benefit from walking straight out of the front door of the Cottage and are met by all the beautiful plants, trees and flowers the Gardens have to offer.
As an added benefit, situated adjacent to the Cottage less than 25 metres away are Haulfre Tea Rooms, providing a quality selection of drinks, snacks, food and gifts for when you don’t want to cook for yourself. You can either sit out on the terrace and enjoy the sunshine or inside next to the log fire in the tea rooms.

Haulfre Gardens Holiday Cottage – Accommodation in Detail
Internally the Cottage is tastefully furnished to a high standard in a traditional style with a modern twist.
The kitchen provides all facilities you would expect including microwave oven, fridge, crockery and on arrival you will find milk, coffee, sugar, tea, orange juice and cake to make you feel at home.
The lounge is situated at first floor to take advantage of the beautiful panoramic views across the sweeping bay and benefits from French windows opening out onto a Juliet balcony to further enhance the view. There are two large comfy sofas, a flat screen tv with FreeSky channels and radio and a DVD player, that is if you are able to take your eyes off the views from the lounge windows!
The main bedroom has an iron frame double bed, while the second bedroom is arranged as twin beds that can also be linked together to make a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms benefit from having a small television and sofa for exclusive use should you want to spend time alone. All linen and towels are provided for and are included within the cost of your stay. A cot is available for our younger guests.
The main bathroom in the Cottage has a bath with a shower over, w/c and washbasin whilst there is also a small separate w/c and washbasin upstairs adjacent to the lounge.

The Great Orme is a wonderful place to spend time walking, exploring and enjoying the views on offer. On the doorstep of Haulfre Cottage all within walking distance are numerous attractions such as the Great Orme Trams, The Llandudno Ski Centre, The Summit Cable Car, Happy Valley, The Great Orme Scenic Tour, Llandudno Pier, the Great Orme Copper Mines, The Kings Head public house. Furthermore, Llandudno now offers some of the best shopping North Wales has to offer with the opening of Parc Llandudno, home to retailers such as Debenhams, BHS and Next and Venue Cymru where you can catch the latest shows.
Llandudno provides an excellent central location to enjoy the beauty that North Wales has to offer, being situated centrally along the coastline and only a short distance from Snowdonia, the Lleyn Peninsula, Betws Y Coed and Chester, which are all within a 1 hour drive.
