Situated on the warm, sheltered south facing slopes of the Great Orme, a delightful home benefitting from one of the most peaceful locations you could wish for, yet only moments away from Haulfre Gardens Tearooms, West Shore beach, North Shore Promenade and Llandudno Town Centre, with the Great Orme, literally, on your doorstep!

· Sleeps 4 – Iron frame double bed with twin bed option in 2nd bedroom - tv and sofa in each room.

Lounge

Sink into one of the two sumptuous sofas, enjoy a DVD or video on the 42” Plasma television or listen to your favourite sounds from your Ipod on our new Bose Soundock System. Alternatively you could just open up the French Doors onto the Juliet Balcony, sit back, relax and be inspired by the panoramic views across the dual fronted bay of the Queen of the Welsh Resorts.

Kitchen

Breakfast, lunch or dinner will be occasions to remember in this light and airy kitchen, with views across Haulfre Gardens to West Shore beach and Conwy Mountain in the distance. All electricity is included in the price and appliances provided for in the kitchen include a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, electric cooker, crockery, and a combination washing machine /dryer.

Bedrooms

The Cottage has 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor. Relax and snuggle down to recuperate in this welcoming iron frame double bed in the Master Bedroom. Wake up refreshed and absorb the expansive views across the bay from the bedroom window in readiness to start your day. With the option of a double or twin beds the bright and peaceful second bedroom can easily accommodate friends, siblings or another couple. All bed linen is provided for you at the property. Each bedroom also benefits from a two seat sofa and a television if you wish to spend time relaxing alone either reading or watching tv.

The cottage provides dedicated private off street parking for up to 3 cars to the side elevations.

Llandudno now offers some of the best shopping North Wales has to offer with the opening of Parc Llandudno, home to retailers such as Debenhams, BHS and Next, whilst Venue Cymru is Llandudno’s new theatre where you can catch the latest shows.
